The latest product development from Eventuri in England targets the BMW E39 M5. The intake for the BMW E39 is intended as a complete solution and replaces the OWM airbox system. The goal of building an intake system for the M5 that works with the OEM ECU map and MAF sensors is achieved through two components. The square OEM airbox housing is replaced by the patented Eventuri housing, which, like all Eventuri intakes, guarantees a laminar, even airflow without resistance. In addition, the two scoops that are integrated into the fog lights in this intake system ensure a real flow of cold air.

The difference to the OEM system is immediately noticeable for every M5 driver. The efficiency of the air supply is achieved through the patented Venturi technology in the filter housings. Equipped with the new GEN2 filters, the air flow is bundled and directed in a straight line, shielded from the engine heat, without major friction losses.

On the test bench, the system shows not only an improved response behavior but also the usual great sound of the intake, the system promises an increase in performance of up to 8 hp.
