You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Dan Haarmann, Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Straße 64, 47475 Kamp-Lintfort, telephone number: +49 173-6065053, email address: info@twistnfix.eu ) inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (https://twistnfix.eu). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, the services already provided correspond to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires upon the full provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the start of the provision that the entrepreneur will start providing the service before the expiry of the period revocation period begins and he has confirmed his knowledge that his right of revocation expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur.
